Human Resources
Intercooperation gets its strength from the knowledge, motivation and interaction of its personnel distributed over four continents. Intercooperation promotes continuous learning among its staff.
Programme officers at head office execute mandates for other clients and assume - where requested - support, advisory and management functions for projects executed by Intercooperation.
International and national programme staff in delegations, projects and programmes are in direct and continuous contact with Intercooperation's partner organisations in the field and have the main responsibility for project execution. They participate in the institutional knowledge management and in mandate execution as per capacity and competence.
Administrative and support staff are important for reliable and effective internal and external services.
