The CGAP Skills for Microfinance Managers Training Program curriculum offers short practical courses to managers of microfinance institutions to give them the skills and tools to improve the quality of their institution’s services, financial performance and outreach to poor clients.
The Skills for Microfinance Managers Training Program offers courses on:
Financial Management: Delinquency Management and Interest Rate Setting, Accounting for MFIs, Financial Analysis
Operational Management: Business Planning with Microfin, Information Systems, Operational Risk Management, Product Development

Le Centre de Formation en Microfinance (CFM) est un cadre d’apprentissage spécialisé dans le domaine de la microfinance et du développement. Créé en 2005 par PlaNet Finance, Organisation de Solidarité Internationale spécialisée dans le développement de la microfinance, le CFM propose des formations à une vaste communauté de praticiens, professionnels, bailleurs et étudiants, dans le domaine de la microfinance. Ces cours ont lieu 1 à 2 fois par mois au siège de PlaNet Finance, à Paris et sont dispensés par des experts et des consultants en charge de projets de microfinance pour PlaNet Finance.
