"Local Answers to Global Challenges" is the title of the Forum taking place on August 17th in Berne.

The half-day event looks at the contribution of rural projects in meeting the Millenium Development Goals. Two Key-Note speakers will present SDC's policy regarding MDGs and look at the effect of local processes on MDGs. Field collaborators will present three Swiss projects from Africa, Asia and Latin America implemented by Intercooperation. The event will be rounded off by a panel discussion and questions from the public.
