Pakistan: learning from business development service experiences
A "capitalisation" exercise, identifying lessons learned in business development service provision by Intercooperation in Pakistan, was conducted in 2007 and is now described on the LEISA website
The methodology adopted in this knowledge management initiative was that of
CAPEX, which has been promoted by LEISA. Key advantages are that it
encourages critical self reflection, is culture sensitive, and process
oriented. However, the methodology is time-consuming and quite challenging
to implement; the facilitator needs to be flexible, and adapt to
circumstances. For more details, see:http://documentation.leisa.info/intercooperation/proscons.html
