Microfinance Year Case Studies (Microfinance Year 2005: Case Studies with Swiss Universities' students)
Description
The project is a collaboration between the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and Swiss universities in order to elaborate case studies on SDC’s financial sector development program. Students from Swiss universities are given the opportunity to do a three months internship in a microfinance institution (MFI) or financial sector program supported by SDC. At the same time, the students will do research for their undergraduate or master thesis’ dissertation, which will be the base for the elaboration of the case studies.
