Car-Lux BSM (Backstopping Mandate Caritas Luxembourg Montenegro and Kosovo)

Key message: Backstopping mandate on Caritas Luxembourg's programmes in Kosovo and Montenegro.

Description

In the framework of Caritas Luxembourg’s development cooperation in the Balkans, programming is currently being done in different fields of intervention. Caritas Luxembourg is present in Montenegro and Kosovo for almost 9 years. Since 2004, different COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT projects have been implemented by or on behalf of Caritas Luxembourg in cooperation with different partners. This consultancy focuses on assisting Caritas to better define its future interventions in the field of community development in Kosovo. It should not only draw general conclusions on Caritas Luxembourg’s current activities in the field, but also give some advices on possible future interventions. In addition, ideas for further backstopping will be worked out.
